NHB League Manager is .Net winform application using NHB Sim 0.97 as the engine. It started as a league management tool and ended up somewhere between that and a single player game. It's designed and tested with the UFC rule set and other rule sets may or may not work correctly.
IMPORTANT: This is a .Net 1.1 application so you'll need to have the 1.1 .Net framework installed. You can download it HERE.
Most of the complaints center around the inability to use the default fighters in new leagues.
Since the author doesn't have the time right now to work on this, he released the source code. It's vb.net framework 1.1.
